Finding Your Moment
Look around! Find that place that actually shouts out to stop all that you are doing, all that you are thinking and just breathe. Just be! I am learning to do that, to take my moments. As important, is to know that I must do this for myself. I have said often, "Feel your feet on the ground beneath you." In doing this, I come back to me. I become centered.
One of my favorite spots away from the busy highway is the road winding along the Elk River. Nature at it's best!
